EasyMaxSoft started in 2017 with one engineer, one retail counter and a stubborn belief: a small shop in Dhaka deserves software as good as any multinational chain’s. Our first Retail POS went live that year — built to survive slow internet, power cuts and the Friday-night rush.
Word travelled the way it does in this trade: from one counter to the shop next door. Restaurants asked for kitchen displays, so we built them. Owners asked to see every branch from one dashboard, so we built that too. Each request became a system, and each system stayed in the catalogue — maintained, updated and answered for.
9 years on, we’re a full engineering team shipping 20 systems across 5 disciplines — point of sale, commerce, growth, AI and custom engineering. The mission hasn’t moved an inch: give businesses of every size access to powerful, reliable and affordable technology.

The first counter
EasyMaxSoft is founded in Dhaka. Our first Retail POS goes live in a single shop — offline-first from day one, because the internet here doesn't wait for anyone.

Into the kitchen
Restaurant POS ships with table plans, split billing and a kitchen display system. The first multi-outlet rollout survives its opening weekend without a single dropped ticket.

One control panel
The multi-branch platform arrives: unlimited outlets, warehouses and price lists behind one dashboard, plus a documented open API for everything we build.

The intelligence line
AI joins the catalogue — demand forecasting, support copilots and document intelligence, trained on the operational data our systems were already collecting.
