# Terms of Service **Last updated: August 2026** These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EasyMaxSoft products, software, websites, and SaaS services. By creating an account, subscribing to a service, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. ## 1. Accounts You may need to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. ## 2. SaaS Subscriptions Our services are provided through subscription plans that may be billed monthly, annually, or according to the billing period displayed at checkout. Your selected subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the applicable service during the active subscription period. You may not resell, sublicense, share, copy, or otherwise provide unauthorized access to your subscription unless expressly permitted by the applicable plan. ## 3. Pricing and Payments Subscription prices and applicable taxes, where required, are displayed before checkout. By subscribing to a recurring plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for each renewal period until the subscription is cancelled. We may change our pricing from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated or displayed before they take effect for a future billing period, where required by applicable law. We may cancel or refuse a transaction in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, technical errors, or obvious pricing errors. ## 4. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing period selected at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You may cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting our support team. After cancellation, you will generally retain access to the service until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of a billing period. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. ## 5. Acceptable Use You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: - Use our services for unlawful activities. - Use the service to distribute spam, malware, phishing content, or other harmful material. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another customer's account. - Attack, overload, interfere with, or disrupt our infrastructure. - Circumvent security, access controls, subscription limits, or usage restrictions. - Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements or create a security, legal, or operational risk. ## 6. Intellectual Property EasyMaxSoft and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in our software, platform, website, trademarks, branding, documentation, and other proprietary materials. Your subscription does not transfer ownership of our software or intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of content and information that you lawfully submit to the service, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate and provide the service. ## 7. Service Availability and Changes We aim to provide reliable and secure services, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, improvements, or changes to the service. We may also modify, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes. ## 8. Third-Party Services Our services may integrate with or depend on third-party services, platforms, APIs, payment providers, hosting providers, or other external services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for services that are independently operated by third parties. ## 9. Support Support is provided according to the service or subscription plan purchased. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests, but response times may vary depending on the nature and priority of the request. Support does not include unauthorized modifications, custom development, or problems caused by third-party services unless specifically included in your plan. ## 10. Refunds Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law. ## 11. Disclaimer Our services are provided on an "as available" and "as described" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every individual requirement or that all errors will always be corrected. ## 12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyMaxSoft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. ## 13. Suspension and Termination We may suspend or terminate access to an account if you materially violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, abuse the service, fail to make required payments, or create a significant security or operational risk. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination. If your account is terminated because you violate these Terms, you may lose access to the service and any associated account data, subject to applicable law and our data-retention obligations. ## 14.
